Registering opens the right to comment on the documents and to enter the “Agora”, the free discussion of the Sovereigntist forum. You may appear on the site under a pseudonym: your real name stays with us alone.

The rule of conduct
One argues on the text, with reasons. Messages containing insults or obscene words are rejected automatically, in any language. After five such attempts the account is blocked.
Notice on the processing of personal data
- Who processes the data. Daniel MV Chitic, attorney at law, initiator of the Third Republic project, through the site atreiarepublica.ro. You may write to us at any time at the contact address on the site.
- What we ask for. Surname, first name, town, e-mail address, telephone number, pseudonym and password (kept only in encrypted form — not even we know it).
- Why we ask. So that we know who takes part in the debate on legal texts — a debate among people who stand behind what they say — and so that we can inform you about the progress of the legislative initiatives.
- Legal basis. Your consent, given by ticking the box above, which you may withdraw at any time.
- What appears publicly. Only the pseudonym and the text of the messages. Name, town, e-mail and telephone never appear on the site.
- To whom we give it. To no one. We do not sell, rent or transmit the data to third parties, for any commercial or political purpose. We use no advertising tracking.
- Where it is kept. On the site’s server, within the European Union. It is not transferred outside the Union.
- For how long. For as long as you have an account. Upon a request for deletion, the data are deleted within at most 30 days, together with the messages if you ask for that too.
- Your rights. Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent — upon simple written request. You may also address the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing.
- Children. Registration is for persons over 16.
